We will work with you to make the “Villa Difference” a part of your child’s life!

Parents who choose to make payments directly to Villa have here options:
1. Pay in full before July 10th
2. Three payments – July 15th, November 15th, February 15th
3. Monthly payments available only through FACTS

Incentives for Current Families

• Families who refer a new family whose children enroll and attend Villa will receive a $200 tuition discount for the upcoming school year.
• You will also have the opportunity to apply for tuition assistance through the Diocese of Erie and/or Villa Maria Elementary Scholarship Fund.

Villa families may be eligible for tuition assistance based on need through:

Financial Aid deadline for both the STAR Diocesan aid form and Villa Maria Elementary financial aid form is March 31.

Parish Assistance

It is necessary to notify Villa if you wish to request parish assistance. Some parishes in the Erie area that do not have an elementary school will assist parents with tuition if the parents are active members of the parish. In recent years, some parishes have contributed $450 for each child in Preschool through Grade 8.

• Tuition assistance is awarded on a non-discriminatory basis.
• Tuition assistance is not awarded to students for athletic or academic purposes.
• Tuition assistance application forms are ranked in priority according to the level of financial need of the student.

$56,880 was allocated to 96 children of the VME student body for the 2009/2010 school year.

Tuition rates for the upcoming school year will be announced in the spring of the current year.
