Registration Process

Registration Procedure and Necessary Information:

1. At the time of registration, the following information is necessary: Birth certificate, Health records, Registration form and fee.

2. If transferring from another school, a copy of the latest progress report and achievements test scores must be available.

3. If enrolling for kindergarten, a letter or check list from the child’s preschool indicating readiness for kindergarten must be available.

4. Students transferring from grade 5 and up must meet with the principal prior to acceptance into the school. Students will be invited to visit for a day.

5. Applications for grades 7 and 8 are discouraged except in extraordinary cases (i.e., family moving into area, transfer from another parochial school)

A registration fee of $100.00 is required of all families accepted into the school. The fee will be applied toward the tuition fee and is nonrefundable.
