VME is currently involved in a "School Mall" promotion. You can win prizes - maybe  even the working robot pictured here!

School Mall is an easy way to shop - and earn money for Villa! Go through schoolmall.com when you shop at your favorite online merchants (over 200 of them) and the merchants will give a percentage of sales back to the school. Average return is 5% - 10%, but some go as high as 50% of sales! You can also donate a Caring for Classrooms gift card to a student's classroom. The card is used by the teacher for books, educational magazines, and classroom supplies.

Students have received postcards to bring home. During Thanksgiving vacation just fill out the postcards and bring them back to school on Tuesday, November 29th. The school receives a donation for every postcard book returned, so be sure to send yours back. In addition, the postcards will be sent to the addressees with literature explaining the School Mall program and inviting them to help support VME by using the program. Like Scrip, this is an easy way to turn an everyday activity into a bonus for the school as well.

Students - if you return a booklet, you get a prize and your name will be entered into a drawing to win the robot!

In this season of giving - give thanks to Villa Maria Elementary by supporting this program in any way you can. Even if all you do is to return your postcards, you've already made a contribution to VME!
