Diocesan Code of Conduct
1. Cheer positively and encourage the athletes to do their best, win or lose.
2. Refrain from harassment of official, coaches, athletes or other spectators.
3. The use of foul language and/or racial slurs directed at officials, caches, athletes or spectators will not be tolerated.
Thank you for your cooperation in making ALL of the athletes feel like winners.
Any spectator disregarding this Code of Conduct or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner can jeopardize the team and will be asked to leave.
Prayer for Youth
God of Energy enliven the youth of our day with the promise of faithful companionship.
Call them to partnership with you in the creation of a new world.
Keep their hearts filled with excitement and adventure.
Help them to be open to change and all that is new.
Challenge them creatively and give success to the work of their hands.
They are our trust. They are our hope. They are our future.
Give them profound reverence for all that is right and good.
Be their guard and guide. Amen.
